About Us
Who and what is Meadow Glen?
Meadow Glen is our first subdivision project.  To get started we formed Jones Street Company to provide affordable land and homes in the Holmes County area.  We will work to preserve our farming community heritage. build quality homes, pay close attention to the details and take care of our customers.

Our Roots

Our families grew up in Holmes County.   Either you know us already or soon after we meet, we bet there's someone we both know.  We've seen a dramatic shift as our precious farmland has slowly disappeared.  Sensitive to this we started Meadow Glen.

What appealed to us from the beginning was close proximity to the village of Millersburg and the prospect of being annexed in to the village.  We became part of the Village of Millersburg in 2003 so we can provide more affordable homes with all the amenities of village sanitation, water, fire, and police protection.  The land is perfectly suited for sensible development without taking up several acres per home (which is norm in this area).
